1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing the Web Dev Kit Chrome Extension and associated web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension or licensing platform.

2. License Grant & Device Limitations

Upon purchase of a Pro Lifetime License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run and use the Web Dev Kit extension. Each license is tied to a single user account and is restricted to a maximum of 5 concurrent devices. Self-serve device management is provided via your dashboard to easily deregister older or inactive devices.

3. Payment & Lifetime Access

Pro access is provided as a one-time purchase. "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the product. No monthly or yearly subscription fees will be charged for the features included in your purchased tier. All sales are processed securely through our gateway integrations (Stripe / Razorpay).

4. Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, codebases, features, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Web Dev Kit. Unauthorized reverse engineering, distribution, or copying of extension files is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Web Dev Kit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will function flawlessly on every website or browser version, though we actively push updates to fix bugs and improve compatibility.
